She was soon sought out to manage a specialized benefits program for the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades organization representing over 100,000 members in the United States and Canada where she successfully implemented and operated the program for several years. Amy returned to her home state of Colorado to raise her family and immersed herself into leading organizations and her colleagues in the delivery of exceptional service and advancement. Her expertise spans finance, construction, healthcare, business development, public relations, hospitality, and government relations. During her entire career, Amy has served on numerous boards, foundations, and committees utilizing her skills in leadership, effective communication, public, and government relations, strategic planning, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
